The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. 주요업무

• Work closely with brands to ensure alignment on business objectives, industry trends, and expansion opportunities • Examine market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to enhance brand positioning • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns, including Super Brand Day, Mega Sale), and seasonal promotions • Hold regular meetings with brand partners to discuss performance, strategy, and growth opportunities, while identifying business opportunities and addressing potential gaps • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. • Lead the development and growth of renowned and rising Korean beauty brands to accelerate their e-commerce success

자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of working experience in the e-commerce industry, category management, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably in the beauty industry • Strong understanding of K-beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape • Proven experience in seller/account management or cross-border commerce, with a strong commercial mindset • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Shopee Business Insights) to drive strategic decisions • Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and performance-based sales optimisation techniques • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently • Bilingual in both Korean and English (verbal and written), to support cross-border discussions and collaboration
