A seasoned creative executive/marketer with a minimum of 12 years of experience building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably at a streamer, network, studio, advertising agency, or global lifestyle brand with strong ties to Korean entertainment and culture (TV, film, gaming).
Proven track record of developing impactful, world-class creative campaigns across multiple channels (AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home) that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist.
Experience developing culturally relevant, conversation-driving creative campaigns, including hands-on experience leading marketing shoots.
A natural leader, team player, and project manager; a collaborative marketing professional who goes beyond defined responsibilities to deliver outstanding work.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives, showrunners, producers, talent, and talent representatives.
A proactive self-starter with resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset, capable of making sound judgments in ambiguous situations.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, and demanding environment.
Demonstrates a passion for innovation, embraces new technologies, and challenges conventional marketing approaches.
Passionate and curious about all aspects of Netflix and the Netflix business at large.
Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
