The Teradyne Global Customer Service (GCS) Korea team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support regional customers. Teradyne GCS Korea is one of the market leaders in providing field service solutions to our customers.
주요업무
• Carry out routine service jobs at customer site, including installation, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and internal application / engineering team in solving customer’s technical issues.
• Provide training for new customers ( both on line and on site ).
• Work closely with other field service and application engineers in the region, share information and support each other.
• Successful candidate will main in charge of customers in Taiwan but will have the opportunity to support other regional customers in Asia.
자격 요건
Basic Qualifications & Skills
• Equipped with basic electrical / electronic background, understands schematic diagrams.
• Relevant experience in SMT PCB assembly environment will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills, able to analyze and approach problems in logical manner.
• Excellent communication skills, able to describe a problem and the solving process effectively.
• Commitment to high standard of work and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel.
Education
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in electrical / electronic engineering.
• Candidate with mechanical engineering or computer science background with relevant experience may also apply.
