Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key driver of client impact, managing modules or smaller projects and coaching junior colleagues. You will: • Lead one or more module tasks, or end-to-end delivery of small projects • Interact directly with client management to align on strategies and solutions • Manage workstreams, team coordination, and deliverables • Drive creative and practical strategies for clients- Contribute to various client development activities

We are looking for talents with the following criteria: • Bachelor’s / Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity / venture capital. or other relevant fileds • Proven experience in leading teams or modules with client-facing responsibility • Excellent Korean and English language skills, both written and verbal- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
