About the Team Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts. Content that Safety Labeling Quality Assurance interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

- Review content on short-video platforms, select the most suitable labels for the content according to the policies in order to optimize the models; - Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines; - Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions; - Attention to details and provide timely feedback to team leaders. - Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

- You will come with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience - Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content; - Ability to speak and read Korean and English fluently; - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
