[Verification of Logistics invoices]
- Review and verify invoices received from external logistics vendors
- Cross-check against agreed service rates and contractual terms
- Resolve discrepancies through direct communication with vendors
[PR/PO Processing]
- Create PR and submit PO via internal payment system
- Ensure timely execution of payments within the scheduled due dates.
[Seller compensation management]
- Identify eligible seller cases for compensation
- Calculate and process compensation based on internal policies
- Ensure timely disbursement and communication with relevant stakeholders
자격 요건
- Bachelor’s degree with preferred at least 2~3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, in both written and spoken English
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid skills in data management and analysis, especially with MS Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Prior internship or work experience, particularly in logistics operations or data analysis, will be considered an advantage.mai
