[JOB MISSION] • Deliver the business requirement in terms of technical way with cost effective/ on time delivery to meet business goals through IT technologies • Provide qualified IT Service to all internal customers • Ensure all IT resources – People, IT equipment both hardware and software, IT expenses

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES] • Provide the necessary level of expertise and support to deliver business projects • Implement IT strategic direction according to region or global IT standards • Ensure all IT systems are working and meeting SLA • Managing and control the functional cost and capital budget • Develop and maintain the competitive suppliers who can provide best price with high quality goods and services • Develop IT capabilities to be in line with new technologies/business requirements

[PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS] Skills: • Planning, Implementation, Analysis, Control, Negotiation, and Communication skill • Experienced project management skill • Relationship and Demand management skill Knowledge: • Good knowledge on TCP/IP Networking, WAN and LAN operation • Strong background on Windows server and POS system • Overall understanding on Intranet/Internet • Good understanding on SAP system and Incident/Problem/Change Management • Well understanding of Corporate IT Manual & Strategy • Knowledgeable in CRM , Sales Support Systems, Ecommerce and BW • Fluent English both verbal and written Experience: • Practical working experience as an IT manager role at least 3 years • Working experience in multinational companies, preferably in the retail industry • Strong Project Management experience • Experience of overall IT resources management • Bachelor of Computer science or similar level of qualification
