• Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients’ objectives and solves their business issues • Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. • Articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud solutions. • Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. • Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.

• Experience with creative technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications. • Good conceptual knowledge of digital media production, including design, animation, digital video, 3D/AR production. Understanding of these workflows in enterprise marketing and agency environments. • Be conversant with generative and agentic AI and have experience applying it for content production and creativity. • Be familiar with the use of RESTful APIs to automate workflows, with associated tools such as Power Automate and Postman. Understand API concepts, HTTP methods, status codes, and data formats like JSON and XML. • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written). Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences in conferences as well as senior customer executives!
