[Key responsibilities include]
• Work closely with the product manager, business analyst, and chief engineer to develop the technical design an d solutions.
• Analyze, code, test, implement and update existing or new software and web applications to find solutions to th e current company's technology needs.
• Develop design for medium complex features of the applications.
• Write code as per defined architecture and design, following coding standards and best practices.
• Lead in technical discussions, stand-ups, retrospectives, meetings, and demos.
• Follow processes like code version control, task updates in JIRA, CI-CD Dev Ops, and other project-specific pro
cesses.
• Perform unit testing of your code before giving it for review/QA.
•Review and approve peers' code
• Lead in defining coding standards, best practices, technical design, and architecture.
• Manage the delivery of multiple modules or small projects.
• Be a team player.
Help team members with technical issues and gradually grow to handle a small team of up to 5-7 members dem onstrating conflict resolution skills.
• 4-6 years of java development experience with JSE/JEE, Java-based Micro-services framework and implement ation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL, etc
• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging, and testing
• Implementations experience in micro-service integration, packaging, building automation, and deployment
• At least two years experience in SOA & Microservices based process applications using BPM (Activiti/JBPM/Ca munda)
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Insight into Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring Boot)
• Experience in AWS-based infra and distributed system
