You will be in charge of acquiring creator agency, community growth, and business partnership in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with agencies. - Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research - Developing new entertainment agencies and forming partnerships - Providing support for live streaming activities including report creation for entertainment agencies - Creating manuals and community guidelines for entertainment agencies - Conducting workshops for entertainment agencies - Management of goals and KPI and data analysis - Planning and executing other related policies

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in IT, media industry or entertainment related sales or business development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment - Proficiency in Korean as this role is required to be in charge of the Korean market

- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry - Experience in B2B new business sales - Experience building and managing a team from scratch
