- You will be in charge of acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with creators. - Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research ・Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators ・Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities ・Creating manuals and community guidelines for creators ・Conducting creator showcases ・Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis ・Planning and executing other related measures

- Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment - Professional fluency in Korean and English given that this role will support the Korean speaking market and global creators.

- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry - Experience in sales or business development in the IT or media industry - Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
