At Netflix, Talent Acquisition is a uniquely creative, yet deeply strategic business function with a seat at the table. This individual will be a key player in achieving our growth objectives, with the top priority being the identification and hiring of exceptional talent. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing effective hiring strategies to successfully navigate a dynamic and competitive talent marketplace. The ideal candidate will seamlessly transition between creative and business recruitment, focusing on building future-ready teams.

주요업무

Partner: You’ll work full cycle, with hiring managers and HRBP as your true partners, to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape. Strategize & Research: Develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. You’ll function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, and you’ll leverage that insight for the function/business to solve complex recruiting challenges. Evaluate & Close: You’ll be an owner of the candidate's experience from first contact to closing. You’ll conduct interviews and/or other touchpoints with candidates that contribute to informed decision-making for hiring managers and foster meaningful relationships with the candidates. Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with intentional decision-making. You’ll use your own judgment to determine the best way to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Innovate: Bring a fresh perspective and curiosity to the team, and challenge the status quo. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our talent attraction and engagement strategies, experimenting with innovative sourcing methods, tools, and processes.

자격 요건

You have at least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and you value how recruiting can influence the inclusion and diversity landscape of a company. You have a deep understanding of the talent landscape ecosystem in Korea. You have a proven track record of successfully engaging and recruiting corporate functions and executive talent in fast-paced environments. You excel in consultative recruiting. You regularly track and deliver recruiting insights/analysis to inform internal stakeholders, and you recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines and our ability to close top talent. You are curious and love going beyond the surface level of a profile. You research market trends and don’t rely on just a keyword search to find niche talent. You are data-informed. You are accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines. Native proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English will be required.
