Partner: You’ll work full cycle, with hiring managers and HRBP as your true partners, to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
Strategize & Research: Develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. You’ll function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, and you’ll leverage that insight for the function/business to solve complex recruiting challenges.
Evaluate & Close: You’ll be an owner of the candidate's experience from first contact to closing. You’ll conduct interviews and/or other touchpoints with candidates that contribute to informed decision-making for hiring managers and foster meaningful relationships with the candidates.
Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with intentional decision-making. You’ll use your own judgment to determine the best way to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Innovate: Bring a fresh perspective and curiosity to the team, and challenge the status quo. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our talent attraction and engagement strategies, experimenting with innovative sourcing methods, tools, and processes.
