• Lead direct sales efforts with a strong focus on new account development and market expansion.
• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers in target segments.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enter new markets and achieve revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and laboratories.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics) to support sales execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
자격 요건
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device industry.
• Proven success in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and diagnostic platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
