* Contract Review and Advisory - Review and provide legal advice on contracts essential for Korea PortOne’s business operations. - Draft and support negotiations for contracts in both Korean and English. *Legal Advisory and Compliance - Provide strategic counsel on business operations, new product launches, and risk mitigation. - Address corporate governance matters, including shareholder and board meeting documentation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and respond to legal inquiries. * Transactional and Regulatory Support - Advise on major transactions, investment agreements, and cross-border activities, including compliance with the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act. - Negotiate and finalize agreements in collaboration with internal teams and external counsel. * Dispute Resolution - Manage litigation, disputes, and claims, coordinating with external counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

- Licensed attorney in South Korea with 4–6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.

- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts in Korean and English. - Understanding of B2B or fintech industries. - Strong ability to manage legal risks and deliver practical solutions. - Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in fast-paced environments.
