• Collaborate closely with the Sales organization for Mid-Large size deals to closure. • Analyze customer requirements and design optimal MES solutions to meet business needs. • Lead and collaborate with partners to implement • MOM projects and ensure delivery excellence. • Respond to RFPs with detailed technical insights and solution recommendations. • Serve as a MES technical advisor throughout the • Value Engagement lifecycle, from design to operation. • Deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams on MOM/MES functionalities. • Support digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and outcomes.

• 7+ years of experience in MES/MOM implementation, configuration, or project management. • Strong pre-sales and RFP experience, with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions. • Technical expertise in MES systems, manufacturing processes, and system integration. • Experience training or mentoring clients and internal teams. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong English communication skills.
