The Industry Process Consultants' mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework. He/she drives customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their process, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform industry processes. The Industry Process Consultant masters 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage and value through Industry Process. He/She understands how the products fulfill the business needs. The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live. He/she is also able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE platform value. Can articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner.

• Helping sales team to reach targets by delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients • Considering new markets or clients to contact based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users • Liaising with internal teams who are developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like • Drive customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their manufacturing processes • Gather feedback from customer and implement big data analysis for customer

• 10-15 years’ work experience of pre-sales or implementation project in PLM domain. Industry experience: High-tech/Industry Equipment/ Automobile, etc • PLM Solution knowledge: 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ENOVIA, TeamCenter, Windchill etc • Presales activity experience: Seminar/Training, Demonstration, PoC, Proposal writing • Can read and understand code: Java, JavaScript, Python, DBMS(Oralce, MS-SQL). • Partner resource management skill, Leadership, Teamwork and good communication in English
