Major Duties & Responsibilities
[Market analysis and Forecasting]
Define market and predict market changes by analyzing customers and environments.
Conduct market research related disease area and analyze the data
Forecast the trends of product sales
[Strategy development]
Conduct the development and execution the annual brand plan to ensure financial objectives are achieved Establish a Life-Cycle Management strategy and stage strategy of product based on the analyzed market Design and manage patient educational campaigns and promotional events Develop deep insights about our KOLs and patients' treatment journey
[Project development and execution]
Evaluate competing strategies and tactics to solidify the presence of oncology BU
Work on promotion strategies and tactics in accordance with brand strategy and marketing initiatives
Ensure projects to be executed in a timely manner and delivered with the appropriate level of detail
[KEE and Society management]
Develop and maintain relationship with key medical experts, oncology societies and patient groups Utilize customer insight with various stakeholders to generate leads that can be acted upon and drive oncology
[Communication and Collaboration]
Work closely with regional (ASCA) and global brand team on assigned products
Collaboratively work with key relevant functions – Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
Ensure timely communication with external stakeholders
[Budget management]
Prepare brand budget planning based on commercial activity plans, in collaboration with regional and global marketing teams
Timely manage budget spending, in line with original budget plan
