[Job Responsibilities] Full-time members of the Strategy Team will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with highly seasoned and successful investment and legal professionals, supporting the team across various stages of shareholder activism and strategic campaigns. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Active engagement in activism campaigns: sourcing, structuring, and executing complex governance and business challenges to defend or challenge boards of directors in Korea and abroad •Identifying investment opportunities through financial screening and in-depth research •Preparing information memoranda (IMs) and other internal/external presentation materials •Participating in conference calls and meetings with industry experts, companies, and advisors

[Qualifications & Experience] The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following: •Preferred: Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking, or equity research •Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English •Deep enthusiasm for investing and business analysis •Solid financial knowledge with valuation & modeling skills; high proficiency in Excel •Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with sound reasoning and multi-tasking ability •No legal or administrative restrictions on overseas travel
