Task 1 [30%]: Category range management: Build the best seasonal range for relevant channels (franchise, SIS, wholesales), and maximizing numerical KPIs such as net sales and gross margin through strategic scenario
Task 2 [25%]: Deliver GTM package: Responsible for presenting category business plan as well as concept portfolio management for key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Channels…etc.), in order to achieve business target, and collaborative work with all counter parts for solid GTM package
Task 3 [25%]: Global communication: Digest relevant global & local strategic direction, and take necessary actions through the communication with counterparts in global GTM, global RBU, other markets, regional creation center
Task 4 [10%]: Process management & Cross functional communication: Collaborate with line manager to enhance overall process. Execute detailed milestone through close communication with internal & external counter parts for relevant business cases
Task 5 [10%]: Operational excellence: Accurate forecasting, and on-time delivery for any necessary task. Efficient priority management for multi-season management
