You will be responsible for developing, executing and monitoring best in class strategies and processes to attract, select and onboard talent.
You will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting them. You will contribute to organizing and preparing content for strategy sessions and support the operational development of new approaches and activities, including drafting recruiting marketing materials, particularly for these new recruiting sources.
You will actively manage the recruiting pipeline and analysis together with the team, which involves planning, coordinating and executing all stages of the recruitment process. This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting recruiting events and interviews, particularly for and not limited to effort towards new sourcing strategies. You will serve as main contact for candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems. Together with support from regional and global centers of excellence, you will manage policy administration (e.g., relocation, immigration) and other administrative activities as required.
