Safety engineer role will ensure sustain and stable production with compliance for Naju plant. Besides leading safety programs & projects, conducting audits, investigations, consulting regards safety issues also belong to safety engineer role.

Performing the role of safety manager under the Occupational Safety and Health Act Interpret and apply internal and external regulations for identifying and reducing risk factors Conduct facility safety inspections and improve the non-conformance to prevent injury/illness accident or non-compliance issues Provide safety guidance and compliance support to the management team to meet requirement Develop & lead the overall H&S management system Coordinate safety training, lead safety audits and maintain records Support risk assessment and management of change 산업안전보건법에 따른 안전 관리자 역할 수행 위험요인의 식별 및 감소를 위한 내∙외부 규정을 해석하고 적용 시설 안전점검 실시 및 상해/질병 사고 예방, 규정 준수를 위한 부적합 사항 개선 활동 법규 준수를 위한 안전 규정 및 지침을 검토하고 운영 지원 안전보건 경영시스템 운영 및 관리 안전 교육, 감사 및 기록관리 위험성 평가 및 변경점 관리 업무

Bachelor’s degrees in safety engineering or equivalent, Certificate of Industrial safety engineer (Required) New grad available +/- 2 years of experience is preferred.. English communication capability in written and speaking Enough knowledge of safety regulatory and compliance (Preferred) PSM experience (Preferred) 안전공학 및 관련 기술분야 학사 학위 이상 산업안전기사 자격증 소지자(필수) 대졸신입 지원 가능 2년 전후의 공장 안전기사 경력자 우대 업무상 영어 활용 가능한 자 안전 관련 법규 및 규정에 대한 충분한 지식을 갖춘 자 우대 PSM 유경험자 우대
