• Deliver 3DS value to our customers, espercially in High-tech industry (Samsung, LG, SK)
• Execute the customer account strategy according to Customer Value Roadmap (CVR)
• Promote the strategic framework and convince customer to adopt it for Transformation Program/project, in order to sell the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through a value proposal and thus contribute to increasing the deal size, accelerating deal signing while securing a successful go-live.
• Drive and manage the engagement team during business proposal process, working in conjunction with the sales team (planning, schedule, resources, budget …). Arbitrate, escalate and provide reports.
• Supervise all technical engagement teams’ deliverables during proposal process. Be accountable for quality (especially during gate reviews) of all VALUE ENGAGEMENT deliverables.
• Organize VALUE ENGAGEMENT Executive Presentation with customer at each stage (VA Executive presentation, VDef Executive presentation, VC Executive presentation) with the support of Client Executive.
• Expose and argue all VALUE ENGAGEMENT deliverables to customer as well as internally during dedicated presentations.
• Lead and / or Contribute to all engagement reviews.
• Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment
• Leverage 3DDashboard and IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information
• Define and execute the communication plan with the customer in collaboration with the Client Executive (kick-off, success celebration, internal communication, success stories, testimonies, …)
• Define orientations and resources allocation based on expected outcomes.
