• Deliver 3DS value to high-tech customers and execute account strategies based on the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR). • Promote strategic frameworks and guide customers through transformation programs to maximize adoption and deal value. • Lead and manage engagement teams during proposal processes, overseeing planning, resources, schedules, and budgets. • Supervise and ensure quality of all VALUE ENGAGEMENT deliverables, including executive presentations and gate reviews. • Orchestrate technical activities and coordinate communication with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives. • Capture insights and capitalize information through 3DDashboard and IFWE Loop, supporting reporting, success stories, and internal knowledge sharing.

• 15+ years of experience in high-tech industry processes and enterprise IT strategy. • Proven track record in IT system planning and strategy within large enterprises. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional engagement teams and manage complex projects. • Familiarity with software solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Business-level English proficiency is preferred.
