• Plan, develop and implement HR policies, programs and processes re talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and employee relations
• As strategic partner to business, assess business needs, develop HR strategies, coach and advice managers and business leaders resulting HR solutions to maximize organizational effectiveness
• Serve as point in contact representing HR organization and drive organization & business growth in line with Company HR strategies and regulations
• Manage end to end HR programs, and lead HR process enhancement in Korea partnering with HR CoE (Center of Excellence) to improve HR service standard
• Ensure HR compliance in line with Company policies and local labor law
• Lead HR project implementation in Korea and manage changes effectively
• Provide expert consultative and problem-solving advice to managers, employees and other functions regarding HR policies, programs and other ER areas
• Collaborate with managers and CE team to develop training programs that address current and future skill gaps in the organization
• Evaluate and select appropriate training resources, methods, and technologies
• Identify and cultivate leadership talent within the organization through mentoring and coaching initiatives
• Design and execute leadership training programs to prepare high-potential employees for greater responsibilities
• Work with leadership team to identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure seamless transitions
• Conduct career assessments and provide guidance to employees to support their professional growth
• Collaborate with Total Rewards team to design and manage competitive salary structures that align with the organization's strategic goals and market conditions
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to meet the diverse needs of employees
• Communicate Total Rewards programs to employees clearly and effectively, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the full value of their compensation and benefits.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
• Provide insights and reports to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities related to Total Rewards
