• Alliance Management - Oversee the management of existing alliances, including performance metrics, governance structures, and alignment of partner objectives to ensure mutual benefits. Also, identify and address potential conflicts or issues that arise during the collaboration and working towards effective resolutions to maintain strong relationship and foster trust. Drive broad adoption of value excellence into business practice to enhance customer insights generation, insight-driven strategy development, and integrated cross-functional execution. Elevate quality of customer engagement through omni-channel approach enabled by AI/machine learning, while creating a center of excellence approach in developing agile campaigns and content strategy and driving changes
• New Product Introduction - Lead J&J IM pipeline portfolio prioritization, define new product launch strategy and deliver launch excellence. Influence on Asia Pacific and Global to convey needs of our patients. Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and ensures that projects meet timelines and budgets. Oversee product development, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholder to manage the selection, prioritization, and management of projects and products within the company's pipeline. Assess the potential value and risks of each project, align them with strategic goals, and allocate resources accordingly. Monitor portfolio performance, make decisions on project continuation or termination, and ensure that the portfolio remains balanced and aligned with market opportunities and company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various team like marketing, sales, MA, and RA, legal, HCC, Finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and initiatives. Collaborate with the senior management team to define and refine the company’s business development strategy.
• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the diverse team through coaching, empowerment, and development, fostering a culture of high performance, learning and DE&I. Attract and retain talents to ensure high performing team, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion culture.
• Network both externally and internally with other markets to keep abreast of industry trends and best practice. Actively participate in commercial excellence communities in Asia Pacific to represent Korea
