The director of Business Development, Alliance Management, and New Product Introduction in Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Korea is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the organization’s growth through effective partnerships, management of alliances, and successful development and launch of new products. This position is an integral role to identify opportunities, establish valuable partnerships, and guide strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation. This role conducts market analysis, pursues strategic partnerships, manages product portfolios and formulates commercialization strategies for new products. And this role is responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic business development opportunities, management of current business alliances and successful pre-launch product preparation. This role involves identifying new business opportunities with market insight, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of business strategies by aligning with the organization's objectives in APAC and Global in J&J. This person will report to Area Managing Director, J&J IM North Asia and serve as a member of Korea Leadership Team.

• Strategic Partnership Development - Identify and establish partnerships with other companies to develop and implement business development opportunities that align with the company's goals. Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. • Alliance Management - Oversee the management of existing alliances, including performance metrics, governance structures, and alignment of partner objectives to ensure mutual benefits. Also, identify and address potential conflicts or issues that arise during the collaboration and working towards effective resolutions to maintain strong relationship and foster trust. Drive broad adoption of value excellence into business practice to enhance customer insights generation, insight-driven strategy development, and integrated cross-functional execution. Elevate quality of customer engagement through omni-channel approach enabled by AI/machine learning, while creating a center of excellence approach in developing agile campaigns and content strategy and driving changes • New Product Introduction - Lead J&J IM pipeline portfolio prioritization, define new product launch strategy and deliver launch excellence. Influence on Asia Pacific and Global to convey needs of our patients. Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and ensures that projects meet timelines and budgets. Oversee product development, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholder to manage the selection, prioritization, and management of projects and products within the company's pipeline. Assess the potential value and risks of each project, align them with strategic goals, and allocate resources accordingly. Monitor portfolio performance, make decisions on project continuation or termination, and ensure that the portfolio remains balanced and aligned with market opportunities and company objectives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various team like marketing, sales, MA, and RA, legal, HCC, Finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and initiatives. Collaborate with the senior management team to define and refine the company’s business development strategy. • Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the diverse team through coaching, empowerment, and development, fostering a culture of high performance, learning and DE&I. Attract and retain talents to ensure high performing team, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion culture. • Network both externally and internally with other markets to keep abreast of industry trends and best practice. Actively participate in commercial excellence communities in Asia Pacific to represent Korea

자격 요건

• Experience: At least 10 + years of relevant experience to manage and lead the business development, alliance management, and/or product management, with proven success in leading product launches and managing strategic partnerships. Significant track record of success in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including leadership positions, and marketing experience is preferred. • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. • Strategic and analytical thinking to manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive competitiveness • Learning agility to effectively navigate technology, data, regulatory, legal, privacy complexities and compliance to achieve objectives • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution/impact-oriented action • Strong collaborative relationships to influence multiple stakeholders and deploy common goals and objectives • Experience of driving change management for innovation across organizations • Global & enterprise mindset to maximize synergies and drive growth by aligning within J&J • Strong and inclusive people leadership capability to build high performing teams, developing talents, and enhancing empowerment • Demonstration of J&J’s CREDO values, Customer & Patient Focus, and Innovative Solutions • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skill in both English and Korean
