Assist the Director of F&B in overseeing all hotel dining outlets, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Bar Manager, and Restaurant Managers to ensure smooth operations. Drive revenue growth through strategic promotions, pricing strategies, and guest engagement. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for F&B teams. Ensure compliance with Hyatt corporate standards and local regulations.

최소 8~10년의 음식 및 음료(Food & Beverage) 운영 경험 그 중 최소 3년은 고위 리더십 역할에서의 경력이 있어야 합니다 (예: F&B 매니저, 레스토랑 총지배인, 또는 소규모 숙박업체의 F&B 디렉터). 럭셔리 호텔 또는 고급 레스토랑에서의 경력도 요구됩니다. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., F&B Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Director of F&B in a smaller property). Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end hospitality brands is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
