1. Product Development • Conduct market research and propose & articulate relevant product strategy • Research competitor's products and background of customer needs to identify innovative ideas • Develop a product concept and positioning both in the market and in our product portfolio • Drive timely launch of the product by cooperating with team members • Work with cross-functional teams and AIA group office to develop new products • Establish appropriate pricing for new products based on actuarial analyses and market research • Communicate complex actuarial concepts and results to non-actuarial stakeholders within the company, including senior management, sales teams, and operations 2. Product Management • Oversee the ongoing performance of existing products and make recommendations for changes or updates as necessary • Assess and manage risks associated with products including mortality risk, interest rate risk, and other financial risks • Analyze and report on the financial performance of products to senior management 3. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure that all products comply with relevant laws and regulations especially in terms of pricing and benefit structures

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics preferred • Strong understanding of actuarial science • Excellent leadership and communication skills • At least 10 years of experience in product development/actuarial department • Actuarial license is preferred • Both verbal and written English communication skill is preferred
