This role will be reporting into BU Manager.
• Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion, ensuring execution with multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
• Manage and develop product life cycle plans with market development.
• Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate with other functions to achieve brand objectives.
• Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
• Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecasts with suggested action plans.
• Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and stay informed on customer needs.
• Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, ethical standards, and company policies; review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
• Achieve sales, margin, and market share annual goals.
