주요업무

The role will report to: BU Manager, Oncology. Core Job Responsibilities: • Develop new product launch readiness, marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion. • Manage and develop new product life cycle plans. • Lead brand/in-field team to achieve objectives. • Collaborate with partner companies about product objectives. • Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets. • Forecast product requirements and develop contingency plans. • Analyze market trends and sales potential and propose forecasts. • Maintain contact with key customers and address complaints/suggestions. • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. • Achieve sales, margin, and market share annual goals.

자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies. • Experience in the oncology market (particularly solid tumors) in marketing and sales. • Experience with new product launches. • Fluent in English (verbal and written). • Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning. • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results. • Strong communication skills.
