• Support the sales expert Management in the context of the definition of the Geo Strategy and the realization of the sales planning (selection of Master Client to target using Value Path & Geo Sales initiatives)
• Support the Sales Expert-Client Executive for both Strategic Value Network Client and Strategic Client
• Sell assigned offers (Brands) within a defined territory.
• Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Sales process Referential, Value Engagement process while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.
• Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards.
• Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis. - Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities - Orchestrate 3DS answer to Request For Proposal (RFP) - Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS - Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise - Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
• Use and fulfill DS CRM tool 'My Saels Pipeline' according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
• Provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.
• Acquire sales certification program- Participate to the strategy definition using the Customer Value Roadmap ( CVR )
• Define a successful sales strategy to achieve a revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives (such as Client situation value path and Geo Sales initiatives) defined by Brands among others
