• Experience in a similar role – managing a market with similar scale, experience in launching / growing a business – a must • Marketing and Sales background and thourough understanding of the SOUTH KOREA consumer – a must • FMCG, sales/retail experience – a must • E-commerce – strong plus • Experience from the food industry – strong plus • Drives for results in the right manner (with the highest sense of urgency) • Organizational leadership and team development (leads through influence) • Strong communication and influencing skills (verbal and written) • Innovative and creative thinking (need fresh, imaginative thinking) • Highly resourceful to make things happen • English at mother tongue level. • •
