• Help manage recruiting projects, such as Interviewer Certification, Bar Raiser program, recruiting job fairs, and ad-hoc projects
• Maintain up-to-date information in dashboards and generate reports as needed
• Collaborate with the recruiting & People Operations team on process improvements and documentation
• Monitor project milestones and flag any risks to deadlines or deliverables
자격 요건
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with applicate tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Eightfold) and project management tools is a plus
• English & Korean proficiency
