Ericsson is seeking a talented software developer to join our team in Seoul, working on the development of 5G packet core products. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software components for our 5G packet core solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software that meets the needs of our customers.

- Design, develop, and test software components for 5G product(AMF) or 4G product(MME) in Packet Core Area. - Collaborate with system architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into software designs - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C/C++, and preferably Erlang, and other relevant programming languages - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality software - Work closely with QA and support teams to address customer issues and improve software quality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in 5G, networking, and software development

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Solid programming skills in C/C++ and preferably Erlang, and experience with software development in a Linux environment - Knowledge of 3GPP standards, 5G architecture, and packet core protocols such as NGAP and NAS - Familiarity with network virtualization, containerization, and cloud-native technologies - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines - Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Experience with cloud-native technologies and architectures, including microservices, containers, and Kubernetes - Experience with network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN) technologies - Knowledge of network security principles and protocols - Familiarity with 5G service-based architecture and network slicing
