• Strategic Leadership and Business Development - Develop and oversee the overall business strategy and operational model for the in-vehicle infotainment app market. - Identify market trends, evaluate new business opportunities, and innovate to enhance user experiences and partner value propositions. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while establishing and managing the necessary business entities domestically and internationally. - Drive revenue generation through business model optimization, pricing strategies, and financial risk management. • Partnership Development and Ecosystem Management - Craft and execute app sourcing strategies to attract and onboard global and local app providers into the ecosystem. - Foster strong relationships with content providers and technology partners to create differentiated app experiences for end-users. • Ensure technical and operational support for partners, including requirements alignment and customized support programs. - Oversee the management of app portfolios across different regions to maximize user engagement and monetization opportunities. • Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration - Build and manage high-performing teams focused on business planning, market entry, operations, and partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, legal, and marketing to align app market initiatives with organizational goals. - Continuously evaluate and pivot business and partnership strategies to address market dynamics and expansion opportunities.

• 10+ years of experience in business planning, market development, or partnership management, including at least 5 years in IT services or automotive-related industries. • Proven track record in launching new businesses, structuring innovative business models, and driving sustainable growth. • Strong expertise in market research, business modeling, and revenue forecasting. • Comprehensive understanding of IT service business structures and the automotive & mobility service value chain. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage partnerships, with hands-on experience in open app ecosystems or content/service sourcing. • Rich mobile app development, app advertisement, Google/Apple app market development SDK technical details, app monetization • Fluent in English

• Experience leading teams in business development, app ecosystem management, or partnership development within IT or mobility industries. • Familiarity with platforms such as iOS, Android, or AAOS and a strong understanding of app sourcing and user engagement strategies.
