고객 클레임 및 VOR(차량 가동 중단) 대응 애프터세일즈 & 고객지원 CSP(고객만족부문) 책임자 서비스 운영 및 딜러 관리 총괄

자격 요건

Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferably with additional management qualification. Experience : 10 years of experience in the automobile industry of which at least 5 years relevant Aftersales experience and people manager position for wholesale or automobile relevant industry. Special knowledge:Sound knowledge of the aftersales business, adequate hands-on experience, excellent leadership and strong communication skills.
