Partner closely with Senior Sales Partners to support client strategy and lead end-to-end execution across local and global accounts
Manage and execute campaigns across multiple markets when required, ensuring alignment while adapting to local market nuances
Build strong, consultative relationships with client and agency stakeholders, primarily at the local level, with the ability to engage regional and global stakeholders
Lead complex RFPs and media planning processes, including multi-market coordination for global advertisers
Proactively reach out to and collaborate with global stakeholders to gather insights, understand market nuances, and bridge information gaps
Act as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Policy, Finance), including global stakeholders
Identify and translate learnings from complex campaign executions into scalable best practices, proactively sharing insights to elevate standards across the team
Independently initiate and drive workstreams, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and progressing work without predefined guidance
Deliver clear and actionable performance narratives, including QBRs and ABRs, incorporating both local and global perspectives
Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in coordination with Finance
Maintain deep expertise in Netflix ad products, targeting capabilities, Sponsorship offerings, and Ad Policy
