In Korea, we are at a uniquely exciting moment: over the past year, the Korea Ads team has built strong early momentum, and we are now entering a phase of accelerated growth as we scale the team and expand our impact. As part of the core Netflix Ads organization, the team is helping shape a best-in-class ads business from the ground up, leveraging Netflix’s proprietary ad tech to deliver a premium ad experience for members while enabling brands to connect with deeply engaged audiences.

주요업무

Partner closely with Senior Sales Partners to support client strategy and lead end-to-end execution across local and global accounts Manage and execute campaigns across multiple markets when required, ensuring alignment while adapting to local market nuances Build strong, consultative relationships with client and agency stakeholders, primarily at the local level, with the ability to engage regional and global stakeholders Lead complex RFPs and media planning processes, including multi-market coordination for global advertisers Proactively reach out to and collaborate with global stakeholders to gather insights, understand market nuances, and bridge information gaps Act as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Product, Measurement, Policy, Finance), including global stakeholders Identify and translate learnings from complex campaign executions into scalable best practices, proactively sharing insights to elevate standards across the team Independently initiate and drive workstreams, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and progressing work without predefined guidance Deliver clear and actionable performance narratives, including QBRs and ABRs, incorporating both local and global perspectives Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in coordination with Finance Maintain deep expertise in Netflix ad products, targeting capabilities, Sponsorship offerings, and Ad Policy

자격 요건

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales Planning within the digital media or advertising industry • Proven experience managing Enterprise client campaigns or multi-market campaigns • Strong understanding of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP buying models • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and navigate nuanced discussions • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights • Strong ability to use data and insights to support sales pitches, client recommendations, and strategic discussions. • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving products and processes • Familiarity with brand measurement partners such as Kantar or Nielsen • Fluency in spoken and written English • Genuine interest in our corporate culture
