• Serve as a senior execution and strategy partner to Vertical Sales Partners by deeply understanding client objectives and translating them into effective media solutions
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with client and agency stakeholders through clear, confident, and insight-led communication.
• Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by connecting campaign performance, client business objectives, and Netflix advertising solutions.
• Independently own complex RFPs and media plans, providing advanced recommendations on packaging, pricing, targeting, and delivery approach
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across multiple advertisers or high complexity accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for complex campaign issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Partner closely with Ad Operations, Product, Ad Policy, Measurement, and Finance to navigate beta product setups and execution challenges
• Proactively identify delivery, measurement, or operational risks and adjust plans to ensure campaign success
• Lead internal projects by aligning cross-functional teams around best practices and shared execution standards.
• Deliver clear performance narratives and insights beyond standard reporting, and own QBRs and ABRs for top-tier clients with forward-looking, data-driven recommendations.
• Guide clients through measurement results and implications for future planning
• Support monthly billing and invoicing processes in coordination with Finance
• Maintain deep expertise in Netflix ad products, targeting capabilities, Sponsorship offerings, and Ad Policy
• Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and best practices through hands-on learning
