Account Manager

Drives customer discussions to reach targets Coordinate internally with sales, technical, delivery, and operations teams Prepare basic reports, presentations, and account updates Learn customer business, industry trends, and technology solutions Help ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and customer requests

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related fields 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a must (spoken and written) Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and growth mindset Interest in the technology industry; interest in telecommunications is a strong plus Basic communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Internship or project experience related to account management, sales, consulting, or technology Interest in B2B environments and working with enterprise customers Familiarity with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM (SalesForce) exposure is a plus
