▶Key Accountabilities & KPI
• Accountable Brands: Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, Hoegaarden, and Corona
1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
- Localize global brand strategies for local relevancy in close cooperation with global headquarters.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including brand communications and experiential activities.
- Align trade marketing activities with overall brand strategy to drive sales and visibility.
- Measure and report campaign performance, assess learnings for future implementation.
3. Market Analysis:
- Study consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform insights into marketing strategies and product development.
4. Product Management:
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including new product launches and product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with brand strategy.
5. Budget Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
