Shopee is looking for a Manager, Director Office to play a key role in driving the strategic objectives of our Cross border eCommerce business. This position will support the company’s leadership in executing key business initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and align priorities across various teams. As the Manager, Director Office, you will partner closely with management to ensure effective decision-making, business optimisation, and smooth execution of Shopee's strategic goals.

• Collaborate closely with management to align on the Cross border eCommerce strategy, ensuring all initiatives are in line with Shopee's overall business objectives. • Oversee business cadence, including communication, reporting, and alignment of KPIs and OKRs, fostering cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. • Lead and manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to monitor and optimise business performance, driving continuous improvements across functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. • With more than 5 years of working experience in business management, strategy or project management. • Proven experience in consulting, managing cross-functional teams, driving business strategy, consulting, and executing high-priority initiatives. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex organisational structures. • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives. • Experience with KPI/OKR management and data-driven decision-making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. • Experience working with management, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
