주요업무

• Partnering with Oracle business units to deliver local, regional, and divisional HR activities related to people initiatives, policies, and processes in line with Oracle business requirements and country labor laws/legislation. • Providing country-based HR support for workforce planning and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, development, and offboarding. • Actively championing, prioritizing, and implementing the employee experience across HR engagements, collaborating with regional HR teams, and contributing to evolving our employees’ connection, productivity, and retention to ensure our people are ready, willing, and empowered to perform at their best. • Proactively supporting, guiding, and coaching Oracle managers and employees on all HR-related programs and matters. Equipping our people leaders and managers to be inclusive, effectively engage with their teams, and create agile, high-performing teams. • Proactively working to resolve employee and/or management concerns as needed, managing employee relations issues, resolving concerns, and handling escalations. • Investigating ER complaints and issues as required, ensuring compliance with Oracle policies. Liaising with the Employee Relations team, Employment Legal, and Compliance as necessary. • Proactively using systems and resources to prepare, analyze, and provide HR-related data insights and solutions to the business to drive continuous improvement.

자격 요건

• Over 6 years of HR experience in multinational companies. • Individual contributor with strong collaboration skills to work within a team and across functional teams. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Applies situational awareness to analyze and solve situations in a timely manner. • Experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and coaching of managers and employees. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business situations and quickly identify, analyze, assess, and respond to situations. • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changes in business and legislative environments. A keen problem-solving mindset with a flair for thinking differently and proposing diverse solutions. • Good understanding of the HR legal and compliance landscape from a country-specific standpoint. • Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, or previous experience with statistical analysis, as well as awareness of OD-related diagnostic tools and applications, will be a plus. • Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to make timely and effective decisions by assessing risks, evaluating alternatives, and applying sound judgment. • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and flexible. • Fluent in English as you'll be required to work with key stakeholders and leaders in JPAC region.
