• Partnering with Oracle business units to deliver local, regional, and divisional HR activities related to people initiatives, policies, and processes in line with Oracle business requirements and country labor laws/legislation.
• Providing country-based HR support for workforce planning and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, development, and offboarding.
• Actively championing, prioritizing, and implementing the employee experience across HR engagements, collaborating with regional HR teams, and contributing to evolving our employees’ connection, productivity, and retention to ensure our people are ready, willing, and empowered to perform at their best.
• Proactively supporting, guiding, and coaching Oracle managers and employees on all HR-related programs and matters. Equipping our people leaders and managers to be inclusive, effectively engage with their teams, and create agile, high-performing teams.
• Proactively working to resolve employee and/or management concerns as needed, managing employee relations issues, resolving concerns, and handling escalations.
• Investigating ER complaints and issues as required, ensuring compliance with Oracle policies. Liaising with the Employee Relations team, Employment Legal, and Compliance as necessary.
• Proactively using systems and resources to prepare, analyze, and provide HR-related data insights and solutions to the business to drive continuous improvement.
