[Team Description] As a valuable part of Coupang’s Global Mobility team, the Principal, Global Mobility will assist the Global Mobility function with the day-to-day management of projects, vendor management and processes relating to the running and improvements of the function. The ideal candidate has a positive can-do attitude, thrives in a high energy, customer focused environment, works well managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, possesses strong applied skills in technology and tools and works well independently to drive continuous improvements to the program.

주요업무

• Process improvements – Identify opportunities for creating and streamlining global mobility processes to improve the efficiency, compliance and reporting of the function. • Project management – Drive cross-functional and team projects to completion based on the identification of gaps in the program and process improvements, working with other departments and external vendors. Improve on existing project framework. • Provide outstanding customer service, including resolving any issues or escalations efficiently and effectively • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency and scalability in mobility operations. • Communication – Drive communication with internal and external stakeholders based on project goals, status and issues. • Proactively stays informed of industry and functional specialty, researching best practices, notable trends, and benchmarks to recommend improvements • Leading cross-functional projects related to employee mobility, system implementation, and Global Mobility process improvements. • Managing timelines, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution for company-wide projects • Contributing to documentation, change management, and post-implementation support. • Collaborates on Global Mobility, Immigration, Tax, Global Business Travel, and other HR team initiatives and projects as assigned • Manages key local vendors and liaises effectively with regional vendors, including relocation and destination services agencies, and travel providers ensuring they meet their SLAs • Vendor management – Assist the Global Mobility function with vendor management as it relates to processes, roles and responsibilities, contract details, KPIs, SLAs and data

자격 요건

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Global Mobility, Human Resources or related field • 5+ years’ experience with progressively complex roles in Global Mobility function, Human Resources or related field • Experience resolving urgent issues, with a strong sense of accountability and judgment • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex projects and tasks tracking key dates and deliverables • Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence, cross-cultural conscientiousness and supportive of diverse communities • Strong written and verbal communication (English and Korean) including use of tact and diplomacy • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills • Takes initiative and works independently, in addition to collaborating as a team-player, building effective relationships with cross-functional teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident in their ability to learn, navigate and leverage other systems and technologies • Experience working with confidential data and handling sensitive matters with discretion
