Experience working in technology and customer facing roles in a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English with the ability to build relationships
Experience using or supporting iPhone and iPad devices, management software and collaboration products such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn front office technologies
Demonstrated experience in following up and taking ownership of issues
A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as well as work effectively with minimal supervision.
