• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Moloco Ads products with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, designers, GTM, sales and other functional owners.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to experimentation and launch, ensuring the products meet customer needs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, refine the strategy and roadmap as necessary, and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive rapid and high-quality product development.
• Synthesize large amounts of internal and external data from multiple sources and glean analytical insights for product development.
• Stay on top of industry trends, including competitors, and develop new product offerings and positioning ideas.
• Collaborate with various internal and external partners to advance the product.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks.
자격 요건
• In-depth ad-tech experience.
• Proven work experience (10+ years) in Product Management.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, translate that into compelling products and services, and drive product growth.
• Dealing with underlying complex technical requirements and ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
• Hands-on experience working in an agile environment with a rapid iteration cadence (Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly).
• Track record of using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision-making across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and stay on top of tactical execution.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
• Fast learner and self-initiative personality.
• Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Engineering, Data Scientist, UX Design, Product Specialist, Finance, GTM or Sales.
• Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English.

• Graduated from an MBA program or working for a consulting firm, with experience in establishing and implementing GTM strategies
• Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science majors.
• Experience in SQL or another data analytics language.
