-Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Service, Plant, Supply Chain, and Global/Regional) to achieve business and financial objectives
- Developing strategies to accelerate penetration and sales growth in building materials (OOO) segments in local market
- Leading and executing new product introductions (NPIs) based on strong market and customer insights
- Establishing portfolio priorities and product roadmaps to unlock growth opportunities in both project and channels
- Monitoring and tracking the competitive landscape and translating insights into actionable plans
