We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the new emerging Sales Frontier business in Seoul. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling highly innovative Medtronic products (7 portfolio) targeting 2nd tier hospital across Seoul & Gyeonggi-do area. This position offers a unique chance to become a key contributor to the new emerging team achieving significant growth in Seoul & Gyeonggi-do area. You will gain comprehensive exposure to our Medtronic portfolio, and practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control. 주요업무

• Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target in territory • Pick up product knowledge, information, and intervention procedures to be a specialist in area • Launch products to target customers through sales promotion and activity • Organize product training for Physicians & Technicians. in hospital to deliver accurate usage of products • Provide qualified service to teaching hospitals through organizing program. • Focus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of company • Instant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policy • Report market situation and competitor activity to upper level with accuracy • Harmonize with staffs of distributor through effective communication to develop in-charge territory • Learn and memorize company mission and value for execution

자격 요건

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Minimum 3 years' sales experience demonstrated, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages • Computer and MS Office proficient • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required • Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery

우대사항

• Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
