• Analyse and monitor cross-border logistics from Korea and Japan to SEA and LATAM markets, covering the entire flow from export cc to import cc • Manage Korea and Japan 3PL vendors by setting clear SOPs, ensuring SLA/KPI performance, driving vendor strategy, and leading system integration or automation projects • Lead Linehaul RFQ execution, including rate negotiations, lead time optimization, and P&L impact analysis to identify the most cost-effective logistics options • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, design and implement process improvement initiatives • Support and manage new projects and new channels release, by new routing or service launches, rate card design, • Support and execute key decisions with direct impact on cost, allocation strategy, operational excellence, and strategic partners

• 5–8 years of experience in global logistics, with deep understanding of cross border e-commerce and B2C its logistics flow, especially air freight forwarding • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, with strong logical thinking • Bilingual in Korean and English with strong communication skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders • Experience in B2C air freight forwarding, logistics systems, data analysis tools, or automation solutions preferred
