[Role Overview] CFS (Coupang Fulfillment Services) is looking for an experienced supply chain, network planning or operation candidate who is excited about building and innovating supply pallning for rapidly growing business. The candidate should be able to manage multiple aspects of supply chain planning such as modeling, simulation, scenario planning and optimization for daily and long-term planning. The candidate will be in a highly visible and critical roles that defines and influences operational and strategic business decisions on planning. The candidate must be completely hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary for the business.

∙ Operating daily and weekly planning to meet Fresh fulfillment fluctuate demand ∙ Develop the overall strategy, working with teams in and outside of the organization to deliver ∙ Build a strong partnership with upstream planning function and effectively measure, control and respond to planning variation. ∙ Lead up to 2-3 activities per year depending on complexity/magnitude. ∙ Conduct data analysis to establish and mitigate risks, ensures that process improvement initiatives are aligned to business requirements.

∙ Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in the engineering field or strong analytical filed: Advanced degree or MBA is preferred. ∙ Led or had a core role in projects in one of following areas design and implementation of optimization, supply chain planning, and management ∙ +8Years relevant working experience ∙ Must have solid and long enough experience in industry expertise under Supply chain ∙ Fluent in both English and Korean
