SharePoint Projects • Project management • Plan and implement SharePoint Project • Monitor project progress and assign tasks to key users and IS • Gathers and documents business process and business user requirements • Developing application specifications, identify the required inputs and format the output to meet users’ needs • Independently conducts short-term projects • Identifying opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes. • Gathers and reviews data for validity • Various aspects of project documentation • Preparation of testing and training documentation • Training staff in how to use the new / existing systems. SharePoint Maintenance and Support • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide second level support and troubleshooting of existing running systems • Troubleshoot issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. • Managing an outsourced 3rd parties’ application development and programming consultants. • Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications Investigate errors, diagnose problems and recommend solutions. • Prepares and reviews routine reports / presentations for accuracy General • Mentoring and managing junior colleagues

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT and minimum 7 years of related field with some related experience • Competitive PC skills including MS software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.) • Experience in Project management • Business Process Analysis • Time management skills • Clear knowledge of business processes and translation of those processes into a system • Positive customer service mind-set • Ability to foresee and evaluate possible problems and to plan alternative solutions. • Require strong communication skill and be capable of taking direction from others. • Ability to gather and document user requirements and issues. • SharePoint Online experience preferable • Fluent verbal / written communication in English
