1. Exclusive Manufaktur & I-Option Business Management - Elevate brand prestige and generate additional revenue by developing and promoting exclusive options and limited-edition models. - Enhance profitability and customer satisfaction through the strategic management across all vehicle lines. - Set annual per-unit targets for Exclusive and I-Options and manage performance accordingly. - Guide dealers with monthly targets and monitor performance based on annual KPIs for Exclusive and I-Option take rates. 2. Product Strategy Planning Support - Track industry and competitors and generate market reports with a focus on Exclusive (EXC) and option sales performance. - Support strategic product planning and pricing strategy development. - Assess the value of individual features to ensure product offerings and pricing remain competitive within the market landscape. 3. Management of Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur Partner Centers - Lead Porsche Centres, contracted as Exclusive Business Partners, to achieve annual HQ targets. - Develop and coordinate sales strategies to grow the Exclusive Manufaktur and I-Option business for designated EXC dealers. - Contribute to HQ’s Exclusive Manufaktur Partner Round Table Workshops, focusing on business development and future initiatives. 4. Marketing Activity Planning with Dealers - Collaborate with dealer marketing teams on initiatives for Exclusive Manufaktur, Tequipment, PLX, and CLA businesses. - Develop and implement both ATL and BTL strategies as part of annual marketing planning, including case-based analysis. 5. Show Car Concept Management - Oversee the execution of Show Car Concept programs at dealerships, ensuring alignment with quarterly KPI targets. - Support HQ-led activations and manage logistics for incentive-related vehicle transportation.

- Over 6 years of Business Development, Planning and Project Management Experience - Automotive background preferred, especially import car brand - Proficiency in data-driven marketing with analytical skills - Target Oriented mindset - Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
