• Define and implement site-wide quality strategy aligned with global standards and customer expectations • Drive the achievement of plant-level and regional KPIs related to quality performance and cost of non-quality • Manage and respond to customer quality concerns and field claims • Supervise quality assurance for new product launches (APQP, PPAP, etc.) • Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving for internal and external defects • Maintain and continuously improve IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified quality management systems and lead preparation and response for internal, customer, and third-party audits • Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards • Directly lead 4 Quality Team Leaders and support a team of ~50 quality personnel (permanent & contract) • Identify and deploy process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, 8D or similar tools

Skills & Qualifications Ÿ Experience in sunroof systems or automotive body components is a strong plus Ÿ Experience working in a multicultural and global manufacturing environment Job requirements • Education: University degree (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering) • Work experience: 10 years of quality experience in automotive Tier 1 supplier • Leadership experience / ability to manage different cultural group >50 people • Foreign language : English is must • Strong analytical skills and hands-on approach to quality problem solving
