• Prospect, qualify, and close new revenue-generating advertisers.
• Build a new business pipeline and manage opportunities to achieve the Korea strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
• Manage contract negotiations and liaison with the legal and finance team.
• Fully understand market trends and advertiser’s marketing goals and track success metrics to help determine right solutions.
• Build, strengthen and up level relationships with new customers to evangelize the Moloco solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers.
• Attend key industry events to evangelize the Moloco brand and our Machine Learning technology.

• 5+ years performance advertising experience such as marketer, customer success, account management and partnership.

• Familiarity with data analytics, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem and ad tech.

• Critical thinking, curiosity towards online advertising and passionate about winning.
• Track record with servicing and growing top-tier clients.
• Experience in day to day digital campaign management.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.
• Exceptional data story-telling and client presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and data-focused approach.
• Native Korean and Fluency in English.
