- Omni-Channel Strategy Deployment
Implementation of integrated sales strategies for vet customers operating both offline and online, creating a cohesive and aligned approach across channels. Deploy VET omni T&C and communicate to targeted strategic e-sellers.
- Strategic Partnership
Build longer term, trust-based relationship with omni-channel vets to ensure alignment. Deploy phased
strategic partnership initiatives towards our Vet omnichannel direction to strengthen digital vet reco to
purchase(R2P) model building.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Vet marketing and Field sales teams to align omni-channel initiatives with campaigns,
promotions, driving consistent messaging and execution across all platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights
Analyze sales funnel data from recommendation to purchase (both internal and external market data),
providing insights and making data-driven adjustments for the healthy sales performance both for RCK and strategic partners. Design/Implement regular Elective, QTT assessment and utilize data to make continuous improvement.
- Compliance Management
Ensure omni-customer governance (customer eligibility, V-diet healthy distribution, promotional activities),
proactively identify and resolve those issues to maintain governance of services and partnerships.
Around 5-7 vet omni customers, 1 external partner (Digital recommendation model execution) in-charge.
- Regular report generation
Sales LE(Latest Estimation) ownership and responsibility
Periodic stock, market insight report generation with weekly 4P monitoring
